Unopened, unused items can be returned within 14 days. Return shipping is at your cost.
For pet safety, opened or used items cannot be returned or restocked.
We want you to love what you picked. If something arrives wrong, damaged, or defective, we'll make it right. If you simply changed your mind, we'll still give you a clear path - with a few important safety rules for pet products.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, email us at hello@pawpicks.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos. We'll review it and work with you on the fairest fix: a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
For confirmed quality issues, you will not be asked to cover return shipping. In many cases, photos are enough. If we do need the item returned, we'll cover the return cost.
If the item is not what you hoped for, unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and in resellable condition.
Because our orders ship from our fulfillment studio in China, change-of-mind return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
This is about pet safety, not red tape. Pet products that have been worn, tried on, slept in, chewed, or used can carry hair, saliva, dander, or other traces. To avoid cross-contamination risk, we cannot restock, resell, or accept returns on opened or used pet items.
We know international returns can be inconvenient. We'd rather help you choose carefully before ordering than make you deal with a return later. If you are unsure about sizing, fit, or whether a product is right for your pet, email hello@pawpicks.co before you buy.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
